We are preparing to add a list of scribes to the caste scrolls. This list will name those scribes that are willing to mentor new applicants into the caste. Are you?
I ask that you consider carefully the responsibilities in making sure that every scribe that applies to our caste learns those things beyond writing. It is in the character of the person and the commitment to a job well done that we find the scribe that we want to add to our ranks. I would like each mentor to be willing to ascertain these things. When a mentor recommends an applicant for membership, I want the mentor to do so with confidence and pride so that we all can celebrate the new addition to our caste.
I need your expertise. I heard your voices when you asked for certain things from your High Council, and now I begin asking things of you. Please send your name to the Lady Aurora today if you are willing to serve the caste in this capacity.

We are preparing to host a scribe's tent at the upcoming En'Kara Fair (fair dates are 6/11 to 6/18). We plan to have scribes available to write scrolls, make contracts, adjudicate legal matters, perform ceremonies - anything that is needed. Our services will be advertised. We also plan to have a game of Gorean Trivia hosted by the scribes during this time. Can you help by working a shift?
The Iron Sleen Council is seeking experienced Scribes who are skilled the of making fort billboards (message boards) and also Chronicles (need someone to make a Iron Sleen Council newspaper.) The fee's will be discuss once interviews are set up, this is a long term project and many positions are open. If you have any Scribes in new of short or long term employment or in need of work to pass the time please inform them of this Scribe Contract. Have them refer to the reference code Scroll#18-63 when sending their scrolls to the Iron Sleen Exchange Point at the base of the Voltai Mountains. Thank you for your time.
